We only let properties we’d be happy to live in. Therefore all houses and flats that are let by BPL must meet strict criteria concerning safety regulations, furnishings, cleanliness & comfort. This ensures that all properties are very pleasant and desirable
Out of hours viewings, accompanied & chauffeured
Because we’re open six days a week with extended hours most weekdays, you can view property after office hours so there’s no need to take time off work. If you want, just meet us at the office and we’ll drive you to the properties, so you won’t have the hassle of finding locations by yourself.
Streamlined reservation process
Simply complete the Tenancy Application form with the fee and the property is yours.
Personalised Check-In and Check-Out
The Check-In explains the Inventory and any confusing central heating or alarm systems.
One point of contact
The same point of contact for your whole tenancy, so you always know who to call.
48 hour deposit refund
We will refund deposits in 48 hours if the property is in good order (if there are damages, this period will be longer).

OK, we admit it. We’re only 99.99% perfect. But when something’s wrong, it’s good to know that we’re here to put it right for you, as fast as we can. So instead of worrying about that leaking tap, you can get on with whatever you have to get on with and we’ll take care of it.
