We have excellent houses very close to the University of Birmingham making them ideal locations for students.
All our houses are kept to a high quality of standard meaning that any house listed on our books will meet certain criteria of standards. By renting with us, you're
guaranteed to avoid the many houses in the area that are not up to a healthy standard of living. With modern features like double glazing, alarms, fully fitted kitchens,
central heating and appliances (washing machines, microwaves, and often dryers and dishwashers) they come with everything you would expect from a bpl property.
Most of our student houses are in Harborne often located less than 10 minutes walk from the West Gate of the University campus, making them closer than many
houses in Selly Oak. It is also a very pleasant and desirable place to live with quiet and safe residential areas.
Selly Oak is a popular area for students with houses as close as 30 seconds to the University Main & South Gates. It also has its own train station that leads right
into the city centre and New Street Station, Birmingham's hub to the rest of the UK
