To view a property:

1. Please book an appointment to see a property as a whole group
2. Appointments will be booked on a first come first served basis and will always be accompanied by us
3. We need to give current tenants at least 24 hours notice of viewings

To reserve the property:

1. When you find a house you like, you will need to reserve it by paying a one off administration fee. Once this fee is paid, we will stop marketing the house to other students for 10 days.

Completion

Within 10 days of reserving the property we will meet you to formalise the tenancy. What we need from you at this meeting:

1. Completed Application Forms
2. Completed Standing Order Mandate to ensure that rent is paid direct from your account on the required date. 
3. Completed Guarantor Form from a parent or guardian – with proof of ID and address
4. Payment of full deposit 
5. Signatures on the Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement. We will prepare these documents and provide a copy to you or your group.

Where we manage the property, all deposits are protected by the Tenancy Deposit Scheme www.thedisputeservice.co.uk

IMPORTANT – Due to high demand for our properties, if all formalities above are not completed within 10  days of reserving the property,  we reserve the right to cancel our offer of tenancy
