Designed for the experienced landlord who prefers a specialist letting agent to handle the deposit, register it with a government approved scheme, check the tenant in and out of the property and agree the inventory & schedule of condition.

Once your property is let the work doesn’t stop there. Today’s tenants can be quite demanding expecting maximum value for their rental. Whether it be fridge failure or a leaking shower – you can be sure any tenant will want a swift repair – however inconvenient the moment may be for you.

This is why a lot of our landlords value our property management service where we look after any repairs and tenancy issues for you. And for your piece of mind, we also visit the property to keep an eye on its condition.

With our full Property Management Service we endeavour to provide you with the most comprehensive and complete service ensuring total management of your property. The service also focuses on maximising income yield and capital appreciation from your property by concentrating on marketing & presentation, regular maintenance and efficient, cost effective management.

We do not charge unless your property is let and we achieve a near 100% occupancy throughout the year for the properies which are continiously on our books. It's quite simple - if your property is not let, we make no money either.
